Name Checker databases are updated periodically and are available on the manufacturer's web site. Having performed the update you will be able to work with new domain names, registrars, get new styles for reports. To update your database you need to select Settings>Check For Updates. Database update is performed using HTTP protocol, configured in program options.

When performing the update, you receive information about new databases available on the program server. Versions of the databases are being compared, and if the databases on the manufacturer's web site are more recent than on your computer, you can download them. You can break the download at any moment. Check for updates regularly, at least once a month, since the Internet is changing almost every day, and we want you to be abreast of all of your competitors. In further versions of Domain Name Checker the program will be able to autodetect updates, provided you are connected to the Internet.

For the updates to take effect you will need to restart the program.
